“League of Legends” is a free-to-play online multiplayer game
The video game debuted in 2009. It gained immense popularity around the world and soon became a cybersport discipline with championships in different countries. The steampunk action game based on the game, Arcane: League of Legends, in 2022 became the first streaming series to win an Emmy Award, has been renewed for a second season, scheduled for release in November 2024.
